After over a year of intense dialogue with our clients, then designing, prototyping, and developing – BidHub was born in 2015 (we used to call it BTS – don’t ask!). For the next year, throughout 2016, we enlisted the help of several clients of varying sizes, from small five-employee companies to mid-size companies with over 200 employees, to test the BidHub Platform, specifically its features and workflow. During this year, these companies used BidHub for all their needs: building a realistic opportunity pipeline, maintaining Capture Notes, collaborating internally within their own BD/Capture Team, and maintaining accountability by documenting Action Items. During this time, we maintained close contact with these test clients and used their feedback to tweak, refine, and streamline our processes and the BidHub Platform until we finally developed the winning solution that works for any and all of our clients.
